The founders of TEA are:

Paul Konstantinidis

• course of studies „Nutritional Sciences” at the Friedrich-Wilhelms University / Bonn.
• 4 years employment in the consumer sector at BESTFOODS (Knorr, anni, cornstarch),
• managing a variety of marketing and sales positions.
• 10 years experience in the supply industry for the food industry sector as a sales charge of personnel management
• 6 years of exporting experience: know-how gained in the countries
• of all parts of Europe, Middle East, Africa, America and Japan.
• Extensive networking in all areas of potential trading partners and consumers in foreign markets.
• Actively participator and supporter for various processes in strategic business development.
• Spoken languages: German, Greek, English

Carl Christian Müller

• Degree in business administration with emphasis on marketing, business management and communication sciences at the University of Erlangen / Nuremberg for the Master of Business Administration degree.
• 1984 starts up with a position in marketing for a major brand company
• From 1990 various executive positions in sales at major consumer goods companies,   most recently as National Sales Director
• From 1999 member of the management at a medium-sized business group of companies in a leading businessgroup
• From 2003 Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer with a leading group of companies (consumer goods industry)
• 2009 formation TOPOS Personalberatung Nürnberg
